I trust your advice in this field...

Currently Im taking creatine and Im loving the results. I cycle creatine every other month (3 weeks during those months).

I see alot of people taking NO2 and Im tempted to try it (I get real paranoid about new shit) and I read up on it....Ive come to the conclusion that it pretty much dialotes or widens your vessels so that more blood pumps through - hence making you bigger and giving you that pump.

Isnt that what Ephedrine does? It's a bruncuel diolator....right?

thanks

sure man.

Yeah I cycle creatine too and basically the same way you are but I don't load. Load to me is bs. Loading up is like shampoo going REPEAT IF NESSASARY.

No2 is the new big thing for the bodybuilding industry. Basically what it does is it helps put more oxygen into your blood vessels and basically helping you get that "pump" that you get after or during a great workout. I like it but if you have ephedra dont' take no2 or anytype with it. HOWEVER... IMO I think its a waste of money. i have used some of it before and I really haven't felt the "effects" trust me.. save your money.

just keep on doing yoru creatine, protien and gluatmine you'll be ok.. OH yeah multivit pill too.

Ephedrine is more of a stimulant. Like coffee for example. It does elevate your blood presure so to answer your other question, I think yes, that refres to hypertension right? sorry i'm not that great on medical terms sorry.
